Bronsmotoren Praathuis

Many thanks for this - I am back at the boat at the weekend and will check, this might be the answer I need. My memory is they are 180 degree, but maybe not. I cannot find markings on the gearbox to know what kind it is. If I am still stuck I will take a photo. Many thanks for the help Richard

Hi folks - i'm trying to change the gearbox oil, the engine is a 1924 Brons (I think its a 1DD). The gearbox is (I'm sure my word is all wrong) rotary, in that the main body of the gearbox rotates when the engine is in gear.
